The CanoScan LiDE 30 is an easy to use scanner that gives you excellent, high resolution scans with consistent results across the width of the page. LiDE (LED Indirect Exposure) is Canon's own, advanced scanner technology. It provides scans of up to 1200 x 2400 dpi and 48 bit colour with very low energy consumption - so low, in fact, that the LiDE 30 doesn't even need a power plug. It gets all the power it needs from the USB connection.
