Design

Direct to DVD
Shoot straight-to-DVD without the need to rewind or fast-forward tape. Thumbnails of each scene let you see at a glance which footage to share or quickly delete. Create playlists and group together favourite scenes and digital stills. Play back on your home cinema after finalising the disc in-camera.
High resolution
A 1/3,9" 2.2 Megapixel CCD sensor captures great quality video and provides enough resolution for detailed photo prints of your digital stills.
DIGIC DV and RGB
The DC20's RGB Primary Color Filter eliminates signal conversion to ensure rich and true colour reproduction. True split path DIGIC DV processing then renders stills and video according to each format's specific requirements for uncompromised quality.
Advanced photo functionality
The DC20 has a digital still camera built in. Special Scene Modes and a flash deliver great photos in tricky lighting conditions. 9-point AiAF auto focus keeps even off-centre subjects clear and sharp.
