Epson EB-1725 data projector 3000 ANSI lumens LCD XGA (1024x768):

Super sleek energy efficient 3LCD business projectors combining powerful performance with a range of easy to use functions in a sophisticated and stylish compact lightweight body.

Advanced 3LCD technology
World–leading projector video display technology
At the heart of the EB-1725 is Epson's world–leading 3LCD technology. This projection system uses three individual LCD panels to display images that exhibit silky smooth movement and fresh, natural colours.
Bright, vibrant colours and unequalled image quality are characteristics of 3LCD technology, with the projector delivering outstanding results in any presentation environment.
Due to 3LCD's incredibly efficient use of light, projectors based on this technology are able to achieve quiet operating levels, exceptional clarity and flicker–free presentations.

Environmentally Conscious Design
- No use of Halogen fireproof chemicals for the the main body
- Recycled paper used for packaging, no use of Styrofoam
- Lead-free lens
- Low power consumption and improved light efficiency
- Reduced standby power consumption

Advanced Wireless Security
Enterprise level wireless network and security
With projectors increasingly becoming a valuable tool for business and education, it is often important to control their use and of course, prevent theft. With the EB-1725 you can (if required) prevent operation without a correct password, set a time limit and protect the user logo in the start–up screen.
To ensure the EB-1725 provides the best possible fit with today's increasingly wireless environment, the projector has been designed with enterprise–level security features. Among the various security and encryption technologies incorporated within the projector are:
- Wired Equivalent Privacy (WEP) standard encryption scheme
- WiFi Protected Access–PreShared Key (WPA–PSK) security specification, often referred to as WPA "Home", which uses a key of 256 bits in length
- WiFi Protected Access–Extensible Authentication Protocol (WPA–EAP), sometimes referred to as WPA "Enterprise", which offers TLS (Transport Layer Security), TTLS (Tunnelled Transport Layer Security) and PEAP (Protected Extensible Authentication Protocol) connection and authentication methods.
- Lightweight and Efficient Application Protocols (LEAP)

Multi-Screen Display
A useful feature of the EB-1725 is the versatile multi–screen display feature. By taking advantage of the PC and Macintosh operating systems' multitasking capabilities, a single computer can be used to control — simultaneously — up to four EB-1725's, with each one displaying a separate application.
In education and corporate presentations, the EB-1725's multi–screen display feature represents an enormous step forward in providing presentations that deliver enormous impact for maximum effect.

Presenter View
With the EasyMP NS ” Presenter View” function you can project a Powerpoint slide image on the screen while at the same time viewing presentation notes and operating buttons to go forward and back between slides on your computer monitor.

Portable projection power
There can be little doubt that with a 3000 ANSI lumens output and weighing in at just 1.8kg, the EB-1725 is an ideal projector for presenters on the move or installed in a high profile boardroom. Regardless of its compact size, the EB-1725 packs an enormous number of high performance features and functions typically found only in larger projectors. Including a durable stylish carry bag and backed by legendary Epson reliability, this is undoubtedly the projector for those who refuse to compromise on power and functionality.

High Brightness
Up to 3000 ANSI lumens for brilliant image projection
With its 3000 ANSI lumens in high brightness mode, the EB-1725 delivers brilliant presentation quality, even in the brightest room. For longer lamp life the Brightness level can be reduced to 1900 ANSI Lumens. The EB-1725 is designed with features to ensure a "best fit" for any situation.

AMX Device Discovery
"AMX Device Discovery" is a technology to make the installation much easier.

Windows Vista™
Show your presentation wirelessly or over a wired network using the Microsoft Vista™ network projector wizard.

Light–efficient lamp technology
Delivering brilliant light — all the time, every time
One of the crucial features delivered by the EB-1725 is its ability to provide up to 3000 ANSI lumens via incredibly efficient E–TORL (Epson Twin Optimised Reflection Lamp) technology. Designed to minimise light leakage — a primary cause of lamp inefficiency — and minimise light diffraction, E–TORL lamps combine an ellipsoidal reflector, spherical lens and hemispherical mirror. This combination ensures optimum light efficiency with minimal power consumption and heat generation.

Wired or Wireless Network Connectivity
Absolute flexibility in today's network environments
A key benefit of the EB-1725 is its ability to be wirelessly connected to your laptop or PC in any of three different ways.

Low Fan Noise
The EB-1725 allows you to concentrate on the presentation not the projector, with fan noise as low as 30dB.

2000:1 Contrast Ratio
With a contrast ratio of 2000:1, the EB-1725 projects bright scenes with ultra bright whites, and dark scenes with rich blacks. Underpinning the projector's ability to regulate the brightness and contrast of every scene is the advanced Auto Iris.
Using the Auto Iris function, the EB-1725 controls and adjusts lamp brightness levels 60 times every second. When the projector is displaying a light scene, the iris is opened to allow more light to pass through to the LCD panels, resulting in a bright image. For dark scenes, the iris opening is reduced, delivering richer blacks than are possible with less advanced systems.

PC-Free Presentation
Total freedom to present without the need for a connected computer
Connect a USB memory device to project pictures, MPEG2/MPEG4/WMV files and presentations without the need for a PC — it's that simple.
True projection portability requires more than just freedom from the need to create a projector to PC connection, which is why the EB-1725 provides full industry USB memory device support. Convert your PowerPoint® presentation using the Epson EMP Slide Maker2 software provided, save it to a USB memory device, and true projection portability becomes a reality. Epson's powerful PC Free software, built in to the projector, lets you take control of your presentations and leave your PC or notebook behind.

Movie Sending
MPEG2 Video Performance
Whether in a corporate meeting room, a school drama faculty or even an advertising studio, the EB-1725 provides an outstanding MPEG2 video experience. Utilising advanced high performance file transfer technology built–in to the unit, MPEG2 files can be wirelessly transferred directly to the projector for high quality and — importantly — full screen video display.
