Easy To Use, From Installation To Translation
Simply install the software on your computer and access translation plug-ins directly from the Office desktop. Thanks to the plug-ins for Word, Excel®, PowerPoint® and Outlook, you can translate the content instantly and save the localised document. You can switch languages on the spot through the easy-to-use toolbar. Copy an unlimited number of pages from any Windows® application into the active Clipboard Taskbar and the text is instantly translated. You can even copy text out of one application, translate it, then paste it into another application – translate entire documents within Word, e-mails in Outlook, Web pages in Internet Explorer, spreadsheets in Excel, or presentations in PowerPoint. Even translate PDF documents. It's a unified translation solution for multiple formats. Use the Translation Project Manager (STPM) as a "translation work-bench" that lets you manage translations from initial document analysis through dictionary updates and use reviewing tools for quality assurance. Using STPM, you can import DOC, RTF, TXT, HTML, XHTML, PDF and TMX-formatted files into STPM and access Web pages, translate them and compare the original (source) and translated (target) documents side-by-side.
