It may not be chic or able to display photos on a tiny colour screen, but when it comes to quality sound and useful features, the Zen is an excellent product.
Amazing sound quality, excellent easy to use PC software, built-in FM radio and organiser with Outlook synchronisation capability, support for WAV, MP3 and WMA, user replaceable battery.
Controls a little hard to use, no support for iTunes ACC format, chunky, geeky appearance, only available in black or white, monochrome screen, no photo support.
